H&R Sport springs

Anyone have any experience with the H&R sport springs on their E9x. I am thinking about trying them out, not wanting to 'slam' the car, but looking for a tighter handle and ride. I don't have the factory sport suspension, so I have heard that the ride won't be too harsh.

I think I should be able to install these springs w/o upgrading the shocks/dampers (plan on it in the future, just not right now). I plan on having an alignment done after the install.

Any reliable feedback is appreciated.

They are easily our most popular choice for spring upgrades. They give the car a firmer ride and lower stance without being too harsh for daily use. Depending on the mileage on your stock shocks, you may want to consider the Cup Kit which is a matched spring and shock combo by H&R. The OE shocks will wear out sooner with the aftermarket springs because of the stiffer spring rate.

Best springs IMO for a nice subtle drop, yet street drive-ability. I had them on my previous E90 and loved them.
