LED Driving Light Mod for E92

I found this pic on a random post. I like this look a lot. I'm thinking about doing the same with my E92 Coupe. I already purchased a 6 LED driving light kit, took one of the fog lamps out and test fitted it. I think it'll look good. But I want to make it look clean and I need to find some sort of mesh grill for the empty area.

Does anyone out there have any ideas or suggestions about installing some sort of black mesh grill to finish the look? What do you think this guy used to fill in the area left by taking the fog lights out?

Looks good, but I think that my be photoshopped. Everything is identical in the picture except the fogs, even reflections.

Regardless, someone should have some sort of idea how you could do that.
