I have a 97 M3/4 as well, and have luxury seats that in better shape than most of 'em. They are heated, and ready to go. I am in Asheville area, so meeting you up wouldn't be a problem. Let me know if you are interested.

I have sport seats (manual). They are in pretty good condition, a leatherique treatment and they are near perfect.
