Just offered $35.5 with floor mats. We'll see what he comes back with. I love negotiating. Haha.

dont be afraid to walk out, you can always go back to the same offer, and depending on how bad they want to sell it they will stop you before you get out and lower it more, its what i did and got an additional 800 off mine just doing that

For comparo, last week I bought an 09 328 vert with 97 miles, previously untitled negotiated down to $43,789/ MSRP was $57,7XX. It has:

Msport pkg with goodies
Premium pkg
6 spd Manual
Lemans Blue
Saddle
Cold weather
Active Cruise (thought it would be stupid, but I actually LOVE it!)
Ipod/USB/Smartphone
Sirius/1 yr (I got the full year's activation)
Factory Alarm
Comfort Access

I think they are similar deals except mine had no miles...

thoughts?

Wow that's an awesome steal. I would love to find a ZMP vert. Post some pics!

He came back at $37,2xxx. I think I'm going to tell him he has a deal if he offers mats and shipping costs with that price.

Thoughts?

make sure they give you both carpeted floor mats and the all weather floor mats. When I picked up my car, they first of all didn't "remember" that I was supposed to get the floor mats and they also said they don't give out both--one or the other. So moral of the story is some bmw dealers are bitches so beware.

I walked away; hoping for them to chip in the shipping charges. We'll see what happens.

The dealer came back and is hopefully finalizing the deal at $37,200 OTD. I'm really happy with the deal; it looks like I'll be walking out with a fully loaded 328i ZMP about 5k under KBB Retail (with floor mats).

I'll let you guys know how it goes, and post pictures as soon as I receive the car. The more I look at the Blue Water metallic, the more I like the color. Don't see a lot of them on the road; I like that.

You did get a pretty good deal, congrats! The Blue water metalic is a very cool color, I have only seen one in my area compared to the 8 million alpine whites that cruise around (although I love the alpine white)!

Great news fellas ... got the dealer to $35,500 with floor mats. Car should be here next week.

I'm pretty content with that price, considering the original sticker price was $52k.

Now I might have to think about picking up some OEM xenons to retrofit (if possible) as that's one of the only options it doesn't have.

I bought a 2009 328I a month ago...cash sale from private party...
3500 miles..4 months since sale. 6 Speed, LeMans Blue/Dakota Black..
M sport package, Premium Package, Alarm, Logic 7 sound, Navi, I pod etc...have window sticker..$47250.
I paid $33.150...guess that's a solid good deal...
Love the car BTW..had an 89 535I for 10 years...drove like a champ..mechanical stuff solid as a rock...but the "soft parts" were terrible!..Nasty "falling apart issues with interior, plastic radiator tanks, suspension rubber parts etc...turned me away...that car listed for $44K+ in '89 dollars....so I didn't buy another...till now, I'd been lookin for months and looked at used BMW['s and felt that they had addressed the issues that were a problem B4...here's hopin..but at least it looks like I got a good deal on the car up front!
