The best way that I've found is Greyhound Bus Lines. I recently shipped a whole front bumper for like $30 insured. By far the cheapest. The seller needs to drop it off at the bus station and the seller will need to pick it up but it's still well worth it IMO.
Are you for real? they do that? Can you give me more info on how to do this?

try calling up fed-ex and UPS and those places and get quotes. Do a little shopping around, I'm sure you can find a good deal. Dont' send a seller to the bus station, that looks bad on your part.
I already went to ups.com and fedex.com to calculate shipping costs, both told me that the box sizes exceed the maximum size.:dunno

They're definitely too big for FedEx and UPS. It's not that bad to have the buyer pick it up at a Greyhound station, especially if it saves $$. Shipping via truck frieght is a hassle unless you're a business. Most all places charge $30-50 extra for home pickup/delivery. You can check out freight quotes at http://www.freightquote.com
