Thats the insert in the door, I am trying to order materials and am away from the car (its home). Any help? Needs to be as if I were going to trace the panel on a paper, what is the biggest x and biggest y I would need? Thanks guys.

The door panel trim pieces are roughly 24" in width, 13" in height. Add a couple inches to both measurements to ensure you have enough.

So would you think a 2x1 sheet of plastic would be able to trace it out?
Btw kris, have the front door panels that match that one?

I just took that one out to look around at the inside of the back door... seeing what I could take out to make it lighter. I have the other 3 panels in my car still... I've got to get some goo-gone and get that damn black stuff off of there... I don't know whether it was used as adhesive or window grease or what inside the door but it's like tar.
crap... i just realized that's a rear door. I can go down and measure one of the fronts... brb.

At some point I'll probably make some (or have some made more likely) out of aluminum or something but right now it's pretty low on the priority list.

I made me some aluminum ones for mine. They were cut on a CNC router.
I used a .125 sheet of aluminum. Iam stumped on what to do to them besides paint them.
