Its time for suspension work on my car, do i go coil overs, or just lowering springs/shocks. My style of driving is aggressive(spirited) and i plan to track it a few times. what would be a better path to take?

From what I've read, all that coil-overs really get you is the ability to adjust ride height, and that what really matters is getting the correct valving (whatever that means...). Personally, I'm getting lowering springs/shocks mostly because it's a lot cheaper, and also because I won't be tracking my car any time soon. Hopefully somebody else here can give you a more complete and knowledgeable answer, though.

If you are not going to be using the adjustability features of coils, go with just springs/shocks...

I highly suggest H&R sports/ Eibach Prokits with Koni Yellows...perfect setup IMO as you can still adjust dampening on the fly for your occasional track use.

sinse your already on the subject of new suspesion.

Whats the difference between, say Eibach's sport suspesion compared to heavy duty?

this may apply to you too Tipsy.
