noo i would like to put engine cover like the newer cars have so water and other stupid stuff wouldn't come in there car doesnt leak any fluids :))

He means the splash guards, etc that I think all E34s came with but mostly no longer have.

My best guess is a junkyard or parts car. Don't know if it can be bought now. Try realoem.com.

I found one on Ebay about 3 months ago and haven't installed yet because I found that one of the bolts for the plastic nuts is bent back flat. I haven't had time to get under it to try to straighten it. Flew out Monday, just came back and I'm leaving tomorrow morning again (plus I have to re-bleed the brakes on the E28).
