Problem?

I hit a curb and cracked the peice that holds the sump to the block. And i need to know if it has the main end caps machined into that of are they sepperate?

Well its on the car still, when i get time ill take it off and see what else is cracked. But i must say it doesnt look good, from what i can see the front right corner has a crack that looks like a upside down Y.

Id recommend a junkyard visit, thats going to be a hard one to find otherwise.

I'd take it all apart and inspect it before I planned on any kind of repairs. You never know what you're going to need until you really dig deap. Wasting time and money gettin an oil pan and sump only to find out you've got a wrecked block and/or crank and could have got a spare motor for good money... start digging, then start buying.
