Hi All,

I want to put some bigger volvo steelies on my mazda bucket as tires for a 13 inch rim are a PITA to find.

I currently have 185/ 70/ R13 on it and want to up it to maybe a 205 or 215 tire on a 15 inch rim. How tall should it be? Which one would fit best?

This is my econobox commuter but I still like to whip the body roll prone chasis around some turns on freeway on ramps and such. lol.

Tire rack has all the info you could need..look at the tire brand you want...click on "specification" and you'll find a chart of what rim width range each size of tire will fit on...You'll also see rolling diamter of the tire on a rim...your current tire/wheel combo is about 23.2" diameter..so take it from there!

To be the same diameter as your 13's (23.2in), these will be the closest match in 15's that will comfortably fit a 7" wide wheel:

175/60/15 (23.3")
185/55/15 (23.0")
195/55/15 (23.4")
205/50/15 (23.1")
215/50/15 (23.5")
225/45/15 (23.0")
