occasionally, half of the car loses power?

I have noted this twice so far in a week and a half of owning my 525i/5.

occasionally, when I am driving around, my wipers, windows, stereo audio (NOT STEREO POWER), sunroof. stops working.

if I keep driving, it will eventually remmedy itself but I'd like to figure out why this happens.

any info?

bump, also seems to go away with time and occasionally under hard braking

only seems to happen when I use my wipers or when its raining, one of the two.
