Spark plug coil packs

How do you check the coil packs with an OHMs meter? My car is running rough and i am starting with the cheapest fixes. I checked my spark plugs and they look good.

It is all explained in the Bentley workshop manual.

The simplest way is the plug. The color will be a lil different on the one thats not firing right. Or you could just get some tools and measure it..
