Just looking for feedback if (and when) I wanna sell the Tee...I know the market out there for a not so 'stunning' touring is real small. Otherwise I'd just keep 'til the wheels fall off.........:)

Tourings actually have a cult following. Black on Black tourings are pretty rare.
They only imported approx. 6200 wagons to the states. Who knows how many are left?
I've seen ten in the junkyards just last year hear in Maryland.

I would think if priced right, you'd get a quick sale. I don't know the history of your car or how nice the cosmetics are, but I'd list it at $5200 or so.

Looks great in the pictures.
I am also "jonesin'" for another E34 touring. I'd be interested if: A. interior must be VERY, VERY nice, little to no wear, no dirt, no smell, no sticky controls..... B. you have a reasonable price expectation. C. it's rust free or damn close
I can deal with any mechanical issues these cars present but have no interest in crusty or rusty.

I'd list it at $5200 or so.

That's a VERY strong price. My '95 with 130k-ish (lovingly serviced to the Nth degree by me in hopes wifey would also love it), ZERO issues, pristine interior, new rubber, yada, yada struggled to bring $5k two years ago.
It was white/parchment so perhaps less desireable to youngsters but condition was top shelf, no doubt. I've seen lots of 'em.
Even a nice car will struggle for decent money as most E34s these days are quite needy and this depresses the overall market price.
The harsh reality is $5k or less will buy a nice 540/6 all day long right now.

Realistically, I wouldn't list the sale price even @ 5 G's, however, the way it is right now, between 3000-3500.The issues it has are cosmetics, roof headliner needs to be redone, prob'ly needs a AC/Heater control, etc.
As far as dirty interior, well, I could say things all day long, or even show pics, but when I get to that, I say let the potential buyer be the judge...:)

youngster here and i would gladly take a tan or lighter colored interior over the black one i have now because the black gets so hot. My car is pretty much a sauna when i get in no matter where i park. Granted i dont have a touring but btw that is one sick car
