When I run "total diagnose" using 20 pin connector in engine bay with key at ignition 2, I get an error message and Carsoft has to terminate.
As this is happening, two of the green lights (K-Link Pin 20 and K-Link Pin 17) turn red on the interface module.
I checked the battery voltage and it was 12.xx v.
I also ran "total diagnose" with engine running and same error and red lights.
It does work for "live data" and the lights stay green on the interface and various values are shown, including battery voltage to be around 13.xx v with engine running.
Can someone familiar with this set up guess as to what is wrong?
