I may or may not be able to make it. I'm going to be at the cape that weekend for a bachelor party weekend. Not sure if I'm bringing my 5 since its having clutch issues on long drives. It may or may not be resolved by then. Plus until I get a better tune, long trips are very expensive at 13mpg highway... We'll see as it gets closer, but I'd definitely want to go...

I love CT as a destination but hate driving through it. 84 is so variable especially on a Friday. The Taconic gives me a chance to test my tech against the man :) GPS POI for likely speed traps and cameras (probably aren't any 'cept NYC/LI), Radar/LIDAR detector and Excellent (corrected) vision. Its like a warm-up to Mass Pike. Though's MF's don't play. ;)

It may be well out of the way from your meet but if anyone has the time you haven't lived till you've driven Vermont Rt 9 between Bennington,VT and Brattleboro,VT preferably in the late afternoon, early evening for lightest traffic and going FROM Bennington as its just more fun and you stand less chance getting stuck behind slowpokes and trucks on the one lane sections.

I've driven nearly 1,000,000,000 miles around the Northeast US in the last 15 years and this strech of road has to be the most fun you can have on four wheels on a public road.

Its 40 miles from Town to Town so you get about 35 miles of well maintained, curvacious asphault virtually to yourself though Green Mountain National Forrest. Its 3 and a half hours from Boston but leaves you right on I91 near the MA/NH/VT borders. Whether you go for it now or another time you owe it to yourself to make a run of it at some point if you enjoy "spirited" driving.

Awesome guys. So in the past few meets I've been too, specifically bear mtn last august, there was a main food place where we drove too and all ate.
Due to this being in such a spot where there is so much food to choose from, unless everyone specifically requests a certain type of food, I'm gonna leave it all open to whatever you guys want.

Personally, a 2 min walk from the meeting spot. So close it should be in the picture I linked is an awesome seafood place. and due to it being downtown plymouth there is also a good mexican place, a good bbq place, and a few other awesome places.

I'm also working out a cruise, potentially a long one. Either over the capecod canal bridge, which should yeild some epic pictures, or through twisties which I just remembered I have heard about.

I had a really good time and enjoyed meeting all of you at the Cape Cod meet. Sorry I couldn't contribute very much because I don't know a lot about cars... but I know that BMW's rock and even though I have a Hyundai, it is my version of (or as close as I can get to) a car as cool as a BMW. :-) I wanted to thank you for not making me feel like I didn't belong or like I wasn't part of the group. That was very nice of you all. :-)

Sorry I couldn't contribute very much because I don't know a lot about cars... but I know that BMW's rock and even though I have a Hyundai, it is my version of (or as close as I can get to) a car as cool as a BMW. :-) I wanted to thank you for not making me feel like I didn't belong or like I wasn't part of the group. That was very nice of you all. :-)
