rear bumper for 525i wagon

anyone kno where i can find a rear bumper for dual exhaust w/ diffuser for my 2001 525i touring?

I guess you mean getting a m-tech rear bumper with 2 openings on the diffuser part. You pretty much have no aftermarket options for the rear M-bumper for E39 wagon. OEM is the only way to go. The diffuser with 2 exhaust openings is available from aftermarket I believe.
