Oem?

Ok when watching car shows they aways say OEM parts, does that mean like factory or something?
Can someone please clear this up for me.:dunno

OEM = Original Equipment Manufacturer

OE = Original Equipment.

OE and OEM are used interchangeably, but they are not the same. Check out this link:
