I'm assuming your offset is for a 5 series. You said major rubbing on your fenders...which means one thing... ROLL YOUR FENDERS!!!!!!!!!!!!

i had to do alot of fender rolling to get mine to fit. i roll on 235/40 in the rear because the 215/40 is way to small. im on koni/h&r race.
if your lowered at all you have to roll em.

just put some 205 40 17s or keep the 215 and roll, you dont have to roll to much thought, i have style 5s on mine and i have 205/40/17 front and 215/40/17 rear. and no rubbing

How low are you? I thought most people rolled 215's on a style 5
Start with rolling the fenders and pull them out a bit if you want
pics would help a lot

did you get your car aligned? you'll probably have to increase rear negative camber.

I haven't mention that I'm bottoming out every pot hole I hit, live and new jersey so I can't help it. This morning I had to take them off, because the tires where getting cut literaly! Right now rolling on stock rims. Other thing I just notice is that I don' really now which springs do I have, because Iorder h&r sports from tire rack, but some how I see that the sports are color blue, and mine are red. Did they sent me the race ones by mistake

I ran 225/40 all around about 3 years ago on Style 5's with stock suspension but with almost new shocks fenders not rolled and I did not have any issues at all.
This was on my E36 M3.

215\40 here and on stock suspension, no problems. Maybe because you went with 45 instead of 40.

I've been doing a lot of reading and thank you guys. What I'm going to do is buy me a set of koni sports and then, roll the shit out of the fender and do some pulling. What I'm debating is if I should take it to a body shop to do the rolling and pulling or should I do it myself? Have you guys have done it before?
how do you manage to roll and pull the fenders without damaging it?

wait, they're on a 5 series?? I thought it was on an E36...That changes everything. 235s on a 5 series isn't the same as 235s on a 3 series.
