Car and Key Memory on SSS

Hi guys.

I'd like to acces to the General Module of my E39 to make some changes in my CKM with SSS but when I click on CKM it tells me something like "Error. CKM values couldn't be read. Check whether vehicle is in proper working condition. To do so, switch to Load SW."

And when I code another new module it's OK but I still have this message "CKM values couldn't be saved".

What does it mean? What I am supposed to do?

Hope someone have an idea.

Maybe you have a conflict between modules.
In SSS help I read this can be solved reprograming and recoding entire car.
But it is only a possibility, be careful with this. It has a high risk of breaking something

well it'd probably take a while.. don't really want to run into battery issues
