Yes, it looks like they are the so called 'Turbine' wheels. A good set of them is worth a lot of money. I would grab these in an instant if I would live somewhere near.

IIRC, you can swap these covers for the throwing star covers, too. Underneath is the same forged 5-spoke platform. Great deal...
