StarSpec weight rating question

Would it be OK to run the 265/35-18 and 275/35-18 StarSpec's on an E9x M3 that weight around 3,700 lbs? They have a max load rating of 1,433 lbs and 1,530 lbs respectively.

The max load rating is per tire. So with those sizes, (1,433 + 1,530)(2) = 5926 lbs would be the total max load rating of all four tires.
