Keep in mind that the table on bmwe34.net is for North American cars, not for your location. The 3.91 diff could well be standard in your country.

Going to a 3.46 will lower acceleration and increase fuel economy, if that is what you are looking for. Most people change diffs to get better acceleration, in which case you are going in the wrong direction :)

By the way my car is japan specefication,, and it comes like this and any other diff. will not fit coz of the axcel flangue is bigger
