Identify this bumper cover

Can someone tell me what bumper cover this is, and whether it is worth something? The tow hook cover was nowhere to be found. Sorry that my cell phone pics suck. The little piece of glass is covered in lint.

Driver side skirts missing, front end is missing everything under the grill, passenger side skirt is scratched up. It's also Oxford Green. :(

I'll be the first to side with you, Oxford is ugly and I hate it. But I don't really see the outside when I'm driving so I live with it.
