May swap my dif tomorrow have questions

Thinking of doing the differential swap on my 540i tomorrow. About how long should it take. Just trying to c if ill have time and not tie up a lift all day at work. Also what is the best way to swap the input flange and the torque spec.

If nothing is stuck i.e. bolts, and you're not rushing, 2-3 hours tops. Longest part is undoing the axle bolts as there are 6 of them on each axle, but you have to spin the axle around to get them all.
