I have installed INPA from the 4shared website and install it but when i go to start it up it comes up with an error :can't find API.dll.
Anyone know how to get around this?

you need to edit your path settings. Directions are in a sticky.

Thanks, I will check to see if I edited the path correctly. I pretty sure I did. I added C:\ediabas\bin to the path, I'm I missing something?
Its all good now, used a : instead of a ; between path statements. Thanks for the quick response though; have inap and dis installed api test runs without and errors, looks good now I need to work on the cable to attach to my car, 2004 e46 m3, do you have any ideas which is the best way to proceed?
On a side note I have read through many threads on this site and I'm really glad to see people are still willing to help when they can.
Thanks Randomy

I'm planning on connecting to my notebook via db9 pin serial, so these should work fine, I hope that is.
