i have a 318i an i just went up to tire rack and purchased the eibach lowering springs and ordered a set of Bremmerkraft 18x9 45mm offset rims, i wanna have a a stretch to the stance what sized tires should i look into? any suggestions can help thanks

yes, it wont be extreme, but it will be stretched or you could go a little more with a 215/40

The 215/40R18 is past the recommended size for a 18X9 wheel. It would be stretched if you can get them to seat on the wheels. I would think you are also going to have rubbing issues with a 18X9 wheel on the 318. I would guess a fender lip roll and or negative camber wouldl be needed. I would not recommend anything narrower than the 225/40R18 for the 18X9 wheels.

the 215/40/18 is about 8.5" wide, and should be able to get it seated no problem on a 9" wheel, that is only .25" of stretch on either side. it may not be recomended, but it will work. its also not recomended to modify your car in any way by the manufacturer

I hope it works out, ive got 10mm spacers for the front and hopefully wont have any trouble with rubbing. the 215/40/18 falken are what i was looking to purchase
