I've asked this in the past and I've gotten responses but most of them were unrealistic for me. I'm curious what size spacer would push my wheels out a little bit more with only some fender rolling. The flush look does look nice but is not practical for me. I have 17x9 et42 on 245's all around with g/c track school coilovers. I've measured it (eyeballed it) in the past and it looks like i can easily go 10 mm without rolling in the rears. The fronts I can go a lot more. If i happen to get different sized spacers that makes the track width different front versus rear will i notice it too much in my handling? thanks

If you run a 5mm spacer the wheels will still be hub centric and nothing else is needed. If you go with a 10mm spacer you are going to need to roll the fender lips in front and rear I would think. You also have to worry about the wheels not being hub centric.

with the 5 mm I can retain the stock bolts right? but would the 5's cause vibrations in the front? going to the 12 mm spacer would avoid the whole hubcentric issue right? although i'd have to get longer bolts and most likely a fender roll

As long as you can get 4+ turns you will be fine. With the 5mm your wheels will still sit on the hub.
