Keyless Entry Not Working

For my birthday my parents got me a key fob for the stock keyless enty system, but I cant program it. The LED wont light up and the horn does not sound when I follow the programming instructions. So I pulled out the brain and noticed that their is an unplugged connector, but I cant find where to plug it in.
