We need to get more people back

Guess, it seems like it is a ghost town here. I LOVE this place and i don't like to see this. I feel like when i post, i a talking to myself other than seedster. But why don't you start by getting banners and stuff. Like contact Eric at SPP so he can get GP's. We need something!!:confused:

I agree! Ray (Administrator), myself and others are working hard on a number of things to improve and enhance bimmerforums.com but unfortunately it takes time!

One of the things we are working on is a "main page". It will have vendor spots for advertisements/banners, news, events, etc. We are also working on our official logo and window decals. And T-shirts that will sport the bimmerforums.com logo too. Also planned is to change the message board's colors a little which should add some excitement too. And of course the little things like colored smiles, linking up AIM, etc. will all be done as soon as possible.

As you can see we have a lot to do but it's getting nicer all the time. In the meantime our message board continues to grow, which is nice. It should be THE place to discuss BMWs. Tell your friends to joins us here. We've only begun!

I've started posting on Off-Topic.net and my home page is bimmerforums.com, hopefully people there will join us (ther are a few bimmer owners there....)

Man, if we could advertise in magazines, it would be crazy, as in good. We would get A LOT more people i think but i also know that it is a lot of money involved. But traffic WOULD pick up. that is when we would need banners.

yeah,, we could just use some of bob's money for the advertising and banners,,, lol i'm sure he wouldn't mind... :-) it's easier to spend other's money than your own.

Advertising bimmerforums.com wherever you can will really help increase our members. We will be researching how best to use the many "search engines" available to publicize bimmerforums.com very soon.

Also, most likely we will be advertising in some of the magazines and hopefully linking bimmerforums.com from other websites that market to owners of BMWs, etc.

As soon as we get a "main page" set up we will be looking for quality vendors to advertise. We may even set up a "live" how-to from time to time with some of the vendors.

The list goes on and on but hopefully you can tell we have a lot of very interesting things we hope to be doing very soon.

We are about to change the colors a little on the pages along with some of the icons and buttons. Hopefully you will like the changes. If so, our next project is to make up a nice main page and then...........
