I put 285x35x22 inch wheels on my 2010 BMW X5. A light that looks like a tire came on my dashboard and at the same time, the vehicle looses most of it's power.
The new tires are not run flats. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

TPMS sensors on the new wheels? did the shop swap them over?

Where do I find these sensors?

If the tire shop did not put in the TPMS sensors, should this affect the vehicles computer and make it loose power when the tire looking light comes on the dashboard?

Do you have the same size front and rear - I'm sure you do, but just asking. Um...TPMS could be the case, but I don't know much about the X5's systems. Is there a way to have the TPMS system turned off (i know I can do it in the Touareg)? Other than that, have a scan done to see what the fault is supposed to be.
