DIS error in coding

Getting this error. Car is e39

i'm getting the same problem, i think i need to use sss progman to do coding.

You really can't do much of any coding in DIS. You need to boot into SSS. Since you're running a virtual machine instance, I can't say that you even have that.

For the T30 owners and the correctly installed software:
Press M a few times right after the IBM bios screen disappears.
After a 45seconds a command prompt will show, erase any M's in there by mistake.
Type in: bootos 3
Press Enter

Windows will load and then SSS.

my problem is solved with a serial rs232 expresscard for my laptop. I guess my usb serial is bad

DIS can do coding
If your diagnosys work i think you have problem with cables ( interfaces )
You can use NCS Expert for coding as well
