ive tried everything from Pirelle Pzero to Continental tires

would anyone recommend a specific tire

Im looking for 2 sets, something for everyday use & something to "blow off some steam" with

I usually change to the funnier set every weekend

If you are looking for the extreme performance I would look at the Bridgestone RE-11 or the Dunlop Star Spec. These tires are going to be almost race tires for the street. The other tires could go with a Bridgestone RE760 or the Sumitomo HTRZ III. These are going to give longer wear and better wet traction but not quite the same level of performance.
