Looks to be an aftermarket replica but hard to see from the photo. Best to check the back of the spokes as you can view the manufacturer there.

ISO# are only quality control certfication #'s.To be certified ISO u must go through the certification process. I do not know how to verify his cert.,but i am sure u can with research on his co. Ask who is his supplier,they may be his co. brand but,does he man./produce them?seek and u shall find,trust me,GOODLUCK

Well they're only classed as 'Euro Division' brand, and no i didn't get them or i would've got pics.

i've decided to get Apex Arc-8's now anyway..
