Update cause everyone wants to see how low these go. In my opinion this is too low. Here's my specs. 17x8 +35. 235/40 for the tri spokes. They clear the coilover just barely. And the width of the tires are mostly the cause of the rubbing on the fender. I believe I may be okay with a 225, but I plan to go to a 225/45 and will probably have to raise it a bit, Yes that means I'm keeping the tri spokes lol. The rears are 18x8.5 +40. 235/40 and they will not clear the coil in front. they are also about 25 1/4" in diameter where the tri stars are 24" in diameter I believe a correct diameter is around 25, keep that in mind when seeing how low the front is. I'll try to remember to get pics of where the collars are, but I still have about 1.25" low to go!

Messed up the fender a bit.

Here's how much lower I could go:

Here's a few more of the mangled fender, I'm not so good with body work so any ideas on how to fix this are appreciated!

They still rode just fine. Smooth, no funny sounds, less the rubbing and scrapping, lol

They ride fine, not bouncy, not stiff, just what I was looking for. They are about halfway through the collar on the rear and near halfway on the front. Ride was about 20 miles, so I'm not sure if they are fully settled yet.

Needs moar low and more matching non-3-spoke wheels. :D

In all seriousness, looks good; if they're anything like Racelands you wont see much settling, if any.

I think i see why he bought rokkor's :rofl2

that aside, ride height (looks wise) is good. I dig how it looks minus a few things.

Another guy with Rokkor's on here. Good stuff. You should go lower though. I personally am really happy with the Rokkor's. Only thing I didn't like was that there was no instructions, but a guy on here helped me put them on since he installed Raceland's on his old 325is. With his help, the install was a piece of cake(other then the bolts on some of the front components being so f'in tight). I think for DD they are great and got me to the height I wanted. Now I just need to buy some new rims.

I dig different stuff, thus the threes. The other two are under the knife and being painted Satin black.

Body roll has been reduced significantly, my old suspension was still good too, so it's not because the stock suspension was crap.

I plan on going lower, wanted to make sure I can get in and out of my driveway. I can and will go as low as my driveway permits.

You must have cranked them up for the meet, not that low in the pics from the Dells, or were you afraid you'd lose to the e34 if you went low. LOL

I like rear rims you have in the first pic better than the tri spokes.
