Ive read the sticky at the top, and this is a list of parts I plan on buying.

**My front shocks are horribly worn, so i only plan on replacing parts related to that right now --96' 328i

Right/Left HD billies (dont plan on lowering ATM)

Reinforcement Plate for Front strut guide support from M3 (do i really need this? will it fit my car even?)

Front strut Mounts

Upper Spring plates

Is there anything I'm for getting that's necessary? Do i need to order anything like new nuts/bolts?

The reinforcement plate is a good idea if you don't want to worry about it ruining your towers. Our cars are notorious for having these issues so as preventative maintenance and to save yourself the aggravation down the road, I would buy them.

As for control arms, there is no need to replace those unless they are worn. Check for play in your wheels and worn bushings.

I don't think you need to order new bolts either unless they are really rusted. I was able to reuse everything when I did suspension on my car.

I just finished redoing my suspension. I used HD Billies and stock springs, new complete control arms, inner and outer tie rods and all new hardware. I also put on new Potenzas and a fresh alignment. The rear was in good shape except for shock mounts. The difference is truly AMAZING! I thought that I might be fighting a lost battle because it drove so bad before I started but it is so worth it! I never drove a new E36 but now I know how it felt. GREAT CARS!!!!

I've replaced right side's (friggin potholes), i guess now would be a good time for the left's.
