Kosei K1 Spacer needed?

I'd like to put a set of 15x7 Kosei K1s on my 1988 325is. When purchasing from tire rack, i see they include new lugs and spacers. Do i need these? can I run them without spacers/with stock lugs?

The car will will have H&R race springs and bilstein sports. Would like to mount 205/50 or 205/55 size tires. thanks in advance.

so i do need spacers?

I have them on my SE30 with no wheel spacers, but it does have hubcentric rings. That might be the "spacers" they are talking about. I bought TR motorsport wheels from Tirerack, and they sent me new lugs. So that might be normal.
