Well I got a ticket for 83 in a 70 and a ticket for not using my hands free device. Even though I explained I was dialing the number on my phone, he could clearly see that the hands free device was playing through my speakers and I offered to show him. Not got a ticket for that also.

This month was not a good month for driving for me. I also got pulled over and ticketed for non dot approved tail lights. The whole time he was at the back of my car, I kept thinking that he was going to give me a ticket for my exhaust. He comes back with a ticket for my tail lights being to bright. When he told me that I was like huh?? Never a word about my exhaust. Oh well. I got a letter this morning from the service manager at Bellevue BMW stating my tail lights are stock.

Mooks, is this the same Andrew Phipps from Bellevue? If so, I used him for a 70-75 in a 60 on I-5 once but he only got it reduced to a no seat belt ticket. I still had to pay the fine (~$130) but at least it didn't go to my insurance. $300 and I was hoping he would get it thrown out like he has for a couple of other local people.
Have you heard of Ed Mitchell? I hear he charges $150. I almost had to make a call last Sat for doing 50 in the cloverleaf offramp at 85th st. exit off of 405. It was past midnight, barely any traffic and I was the only one on the offramp. WSP wants to neuter everyone around here. Luckily this guy let me off with a warning which is unusual for WSP.
