ECS Tuning has them for 14.95. They also have a fitting that goes into that little box in the jack cup for your floor jack. I have to get one. E38's and Mini's use that style.

^ and E31s.

Be carefull trying to get these used. They changed at facelift IIRC.

You could only be so lucky to have them stay on long enough tto get dirty and chewed up lol

(HINT: USE some silicone to glue the babies on)

If you want a stronger solution, Click on this link. I've debated doing it, but since I live in the northeast, the roads are going to beat these up as well. They won't fall out. That being said, you could use the toggle bolt solution on the plastic ones.... http://www.autoxcooper.com/tsw_suspension.html

I think they should. The part # is the same at the dealer. I don't know about the clearance in an e38 chassis for the toggle bolts, but I think it is worth investigating.

That is nothing, you can buy those anchers at HomeDepot, drill a hole in the middle of the mounts and you have what they selling for $95.00. Matter fact, I have a couple ancher left over from when I hung my flat screen to my wall.

Nice idea, but it is DIY for $5.00, if you already have the mounts.

Right, but these mounts are made from machined aluminium. They won't get all busted up like the oem plastic ones.
