sideskirt clips for 328i

i have a 96 328i and ive looked on bavauto.com for clips and i can only find some for m-technic sideskirts. are these the same or can someone get on there and find the right kind for me?

These are the correct clips for my 328is. I assume the same for your 328i.

BAVAUTO carries them...Have ordered some there myself...Long white clips that slide into your side skirts and then are tapped into a rubber grommet on the rocker arm panels...You might have to call...

I think this is the part #51 13 2 251 394 Requires Grommet

It slides in from one end to the other...You might want to order a few extras as sometimes they might break if you are not lined up with the grommet and are too aggressive in securing the clip....IE...You do not need a bigger hammer.

What I gave you is correct, but that reminds me. There are grommets that each snaps into. realoem can provide you with the part# for those.

As for how many, it's gotta be at least 10 per side. I've had to replace the front three on each side, and that's only from the wheel well back to just under the front of the door. so there's gotta be at least seven more on each side. They're cheap. I'd order more than you need and keep them as spares.

i found the clip for my car on realoem.com and the part number is 51718184574 are the clips on bavauto.com numbered 51 71 2 234 032 the same clip. please hurry on answer i need to order soon before 4ngiefest
