I bought it on ebay in anticipation of performing the bushing job on my former 1999 540iT touring/wagon ...I never got around to it before trading in on a X3 (http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/showthread.php?p=5032023#) MT6..previous tool owner told me it worked 100% perfect on all his touring bushing... still really miss the way that V8 wagon pulled & handled I had koni specific touring struts with bavauto spring up front & M5 front & rear sways...still kickn myself .. the guy I bought the tool from converted the sedan BMW baum tool he had to work on the touring specific E39's only now...check pics out...any questions let me know..
BTW I also have a very rare new Westfalia hitch made specifically for all E39 touring/ wagons only all years it was imported from England shipping alone cost a bunch...if anyone is interested I have pics & info ..it cost $800+ total with shipping to bring it over the pond.. selling for $275
before I forget I have New Meyle Radiator Expansion Tank E39 540i Part # : 17 11 1 741 167
$40 shipped cost me $69
