View Full Version : Hood protection. Bra?

My car is a magnet for rocks and I have recently been hit by two boulders that have cratered my hood, at least that is what they look like to me. Has anyone used a car bra that they recommend?

Bras are great for people that want their car to look terrible now, and even worse in the future when there's a "tan line" underneath it. Dents are much more attractive.

Sorry, I know it sucks having the risk of it getting chipped and such..but bras are just nasty.

I always follow couple of car lengths behind to avoid rocks and stones.

Clear mask dude. Everyone said the obvious aboust bras. Leave em on your girlfriends...(or not). Plus they collect moisture under them and when lazy people leave them on for extended periods of time it effs your paint up too.

Oh it even comes precut for your car. /game.

I had a 924S with a bra years ago and it is the worst thing you can do for your front end...It creates more damage by getting sand & small stones under the bra during use. This caused many small new scratches.....Evil Bra's, go clear with a protective coating.
