need help to resolve my Throttle issue :

error code :

P1633 Throttle Valve Adaptation: LimP-Home Position Unknown

finally my engine failed into safe mode
dead car force me to resolve this issue
I bought new throttle , install it and reset throttle adaptation values in DIS
so far so good - issue resolved , ECU cleaned and my car is running again with no errors
