When you get your DIS working, you can clear the codes and DIS will also walk you thru the proceedure to reset your Steering Angle Sensor.
I know this....as I have done this.

should i start from diagnosis or coding ?

Clearing and resets are part of diagnosis.
Coding is only for changing modules or car/key memory.

ok
I like DIS ... very easy to use ...
i just cleaned all steering angel sensor errors but still DSC light is ON and when i did test again after switch off / on one DSC error is still there
i went thr. proceedure to reset my Steering Angle Sensor but in the end DIS said i need to do recoding
This is my problem :
-----------------------------------
61 Steering angle sensor identification
the fault is currently currently present
This is how DIS said i need to resolve
-----------------------------------------------
encoging / ZCA - FA coding / model seris / new coding
any help ? is it INPA or still DIS will do encoding ?

champaign, you need to understand how all of this works before you dive into coding.
Read up some more, understand what each software does...

this what i do on the fly - study during coding - i am a programmer :) one language more, one less , all the same crap
INPA is like a COBOL
--------------------------------
Last update :
finally I resolved DSC issue today
INPA + DIS + calibration did this work :)
first i cleaned DIS errors in INPA and went again throught DIS :
function selection -> chassis -> DIS 57 -> steering angel -> recalibration -> steering angle ( should be 0 degree ) - > calibration -> switch off /on -> DONE
no DSC light anymore , switch on/off works
