this car is actually a famous Movie Car over here in Germany.
It was the main protagonist's car in the german cult film "Manta Manta" from 1991.
Bodykit by Mattig, wheels are Mattig Sport Stahl, engine was tuned by Kissling Motorsport. There were actually 3 of these built for the film, 2 with the Kissling engines, one with the stock engine.
Check this video of the first 5 Minutes of the film, the car plays a very big part.

It's actually been one of my dream cars since I was a small kid. I've watched that movie so many times, I know every detail of it straight from my head, and I love that car to death. One day I will own one. Impractical? Yeah. Tacky? For sure. German Mullet Mobile? Yup. Pure Awesome? HELL YEAH!
