Yep. Remove seat back, install brackets, slice through seat back leather, install plastic trim pieces, and slide in the head rests. The only tricky part is slicing the leather. Start small and work your way up. One of the easiest mods and it looks great. Not to mention the safety/comfort aspect for the rear seat passengers.
