Spotted some on a parts car near me. Any interest? They are complete with used rotors and all, probably sitting for some time. Not sure what they are worth.

They are probably 4pots - powder coated black with "bmw" in white lettering.

Let me know and I will see what deal I can strike up with the owner..... Ill try to take pics but not sure

are these like the 4 pots off a E38? they're pretty good stuff.

Sorry for the delay. Due to bad weather here in NY I haven't been able to go out yo the car to take pics and info

I did learn more details, they are Brembos 4pots that were optional on 840's ....they have BMW painted on the fronts and brembo stamped on the back sides of the calipers. My research shows they brembo lotus style f40. I looked them up on real oem. I will post part#s once I have them in hand with pics, price etc

No, on a parts car in Nassau/Queens border.

1st in line is e34moneypit...he got the 1st PM in to me. I finally got them in last night, they need some clean up. Come with like-new pads (unsure yet of the brand) and OEM lines from the 840ci, as well as the hardware used to mount them to the carriers. No rotors. they were beyond done. I also got the VIN# from the parts car, since they were OEM factory options, I figured that it would be handy. I will post pics as soon as they are cleaned up. I need to remove the pads, and see what the condition is of the pistons in order to asses the value/price of them. I was told they had been sitting for some time, as the car had been hit upfront, and was salvaged. More info to come....sorry for the tease all. Details coming soon, promised.

I have been told that these are really common upgrades for e36 cars too....I will keep this limited to the e34 classifieds ONLY

What rotors are you running with these Brembo calipers...I would assume everyone else would like to know too??

Use the very same E31 840 Brembo rotors for whatever car you put them on. 324mm I seem to recall. I have these on my E28 track car and put them on the E34 532iT right before I sold it. I also just picked up a set for the M5. Great brakes for use. Be sure to upgrade to 540 vented discs out back and you'll be all set. I have some new street pads laying around for these if whomever buys them needs a set...
