H/G final tourqe

I did the head gasket and I am ready to fire it and fill the coolant. The gasket is tourqed to 58 lbs and I will do a 30 min run in, however bently calls for a 30 degree final twist on the bolts...I dont have a t angle meter...any suggestions on final tourqe in pounds ? Also did injector O rings (easy to get to on the bench), new head bolts, thermostat, tightened the banjo bolts (the updated ones were a bit loose), deleted the A/C and indexed the plugs. Not that any of that matters...just thought I would share. R.

get a large ratchet with 10* increment teeth and mark where it is, rotate 3 click and pull.. ghetto but i had to do it at 1am finishing my friends engine and it worked fine
