WTB: e46 Touring Sun shade/Luggage Cover and spare wheel/tire

I just picked up a 01 325xi Touring as some of you already know. Which is missing the rear sun shade/luggage cover(tan/beige or gray) and the spare wheel/tire. I'm looking to buy both if someone has either kicking around their garage or just does not have a use for them anymore.
