new tires?

Was just curious. I have almost 20,000 miles on my 2009 328i with xDrive. I had my conditional based service about 8,000 miles ago. No one has said anything about changing my tires. When do I need new tires? I don't really want the run flats. Do run flats last longer than regular tires?

Depends on your driving style. Look at the tires and see if they are worn out. I'm at 26k with stock Potenzas and it's about time for new tires.
