"Hella Flush" Wheels on e30?? Help Please

Ok so I'm kinda new to the BMW scene. But now that I have some RWD in my life I am wanting to get just some stuipd flush wheels in my E30.

My question is what would be the best offset and tire combo? I'm not wanting to do a whole lot of fender modding.

Oh BTW, I'm looking at using Diamond Racing Wheels so the specs will be custom made.

I know cross linking forums is gay.
